A resident of Kenosha, Wisconsin since 2013, Duke brings a diverse background in leadership, service, and strategic operations. He is a Norfolk State University  (HBCU) alumni and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Project Management, graduating magna cum laude, and earned a master’s degree in Executive Leadership from Liberty University.

Duke is a proud United States Army veteran who has served in multiple regions across the globe, including the Middle East. He currently serves as a senior leader within the national defense sector for an international defense supplier, where he applies his expertise in leadership, operations, and organizational development.

Deeply committed to community impact, Duke is a Life Member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) and has dedicated years to mentoring youth through athletics. His coaching experience spans elementary and middle school programs, elite AAU teams, and most recently serving as Varsity Head Coach at Christian Life School. Through these roles, he has consistently emphasized discipline, character, and leadership development.

Under Duke’s leadership, DM2 Solutions operates on the Discover, Motivate, Develop, and Mentor (DM2) framework an intentional model designed to identify emerging leaders, inspire them through mentorship and guidance, and empower them to develop others, creating a sustainable cycle of leadership and positive community impact. For Duke, service is not optional—it is a solemn obligation that informs his leadership philosophy and mission.

Duke resides in Kenosha with his wife, Darci, and together they are proud to lead a blended family of six.
