In support of stronger communities, we also partner with health organizations to increase access to critical mental and physical health resources in underserved and minority populations.

Duke Montgomery is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of DM2 Solutions, an organization dedicated to cultivating leadership and empowering individuals to build stronger communities.
A resident of Kenosha, Wisconsin since 2013, Duke brings a diverse background in leadership, service, and strategic operations. He is a Norfolk State University (HBCU) alumni and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Project Management, graduating magna cum laude, and earned a master’s degree in Executive Leadership from Liberty University.
Duke is a proud United States Army veteran who has served in combat regions across the globe that include Bosnia and the Middle East. He currently serves as a senior leader in the national defense sector for an international aerospace defense supplier, where he applies his expertise in leadership, operations and organizational development.
Deeply committed to community impact, Duke has spent over a
decade mentoring youth through athletics and leadership development, coaching
at the elementary, middle school, AAU, and high school levels. His vision for
DM2 Solutions is rooted in developing individuals who will go on to mentor,
lead, and strengthen their communities.
